Feedback

Feedback adds a "Was this page helpful?" prompt to the bottom of every docs page. Readers vote with one click; a down-vote can optionally ask for a short comment. There's one at the bottom of this page.

Votes count once per page per browser — no cookies, no accounts, no tracking scripts. A reader who changes their mind can flip their vote, and a comment stays attached to it.

Reading the results

The console's site page aggregates votes per page over 7, 30, or 90 days, with the most-voted pages first and recent comments underneath. The pages worth your attention are rarely the ones with the most down-votes — they're the high-traffic pages whose helpfulness ratio quietly sags.

Down-vote comments are the closest thing docs have to a support ticket that didn't get filed. Skim them weekly.
